Mody University founded in the year 1998 by Shri R.P Mody with a vision to bring equality between the genders in true sense and mission to empower women by imparting education and values. From last 16 years Mody University is making women independent and flexible to camouflage in the changing scenario while keeping one’s individuality indiscrete. Since inception, Mody University is striving not just to cater quality education but develop minds to think rationally, personalities distinct to make a mark in various fields and above all, civilized citizens who can bring about a positive change in the society hence taking our country towards multifold growth.

Mody University offers an array of courses: Engineering, Management, Commerce, Arts and Law. It is recognized by University Grants Commission (UGC), All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Bar Council of India (BCI) and National Board of Accreditation (NBA). The campus boasts of 48 laboratories (including 15 computer labs) and is ISO 14001:2004 certified. It is completely Wi-Fi enabled and its library contains more than 50,000 books. To enhance the global outlook of students, it has more than 20 International collaborations & has signed MoUs with many noted Universities. This Top Institute for Women offers a string of language courses such as German, French, Chinese, Japanese and Spanish to develop students to represent themselves efficiently on the global platforms.  

Apart from the string of courses it offers, it provides general and premium recreational and leisure activities that exposes minds of the students to diverse aspects, henceforth instilling imperative skills and values. Along with extra- curricular activities like sports, dramatics, dance, art & craft, debate etc, Modi University encourages premium training like NCC training and horse-riding as well. Blood donation camps and tree plantation are also namely a few activities that Mody University holds in its campus regularly. It’s one the few Women University in Rajasthan to have provision of such activities.

Mody University beautifully blends the essence of spirituality in the entire growth system of a student, it doesn’t only infix morals, principles and spirituality in an individual but also brings tranquility in one’s life. Mody University being a green campus, situated far-off from city chaos posses a temple adorned with beautiful idols of Shri Ramchandra, Sita and Hanuman. The temple is therefore called Ram Darbar. Along with this, the idol of Surya Dev with his 7 horses is also crafted at the Shikhar, the large dome of the temple. This very work of art symbolises the dynamic life of the students. The campus has a yagnashala, where the yagna is conducted by the priests from the holy city of India-Banaras. The recitation of Vedas by the priests infuses positivity in the campus.

In the present era, ‘Peer Pressure’ has become one of the most common phrases used; to keep students away from the same, a meditation hall is constructed to accommodate 500 people at a time. Meditation doesn’t only get mind and soul to calm down but it rejuvenates the person hence making one more productive.
